Terms of service

The service

LineItemCSV is provided by Carrasco Inc. It extracts text from PDFs you choose, entirely inside your browser, and arranges it into spreadsheet rows. We do not receive or store your files (see the Privacy policy).

Free tier

Each browser gets 3 free conversions. A conversion is one PDF successfully turned into rows. Sample invoices and failed attempts do not count. We may change the size of the free tier in the future.

Paid plans

• 50-conversion pack — $19 one-time. Adds 50 conversions to the browser you purchased from. Credits don't expire while the service operates.
• Unlimited — $9 per month. A recurring subscription that renews monthly until you cancel. Each successful checkout enables unlimited conversions in that browser for 35 days. If your subscription is active but access has lapsed, reply to your Stripe receipt and we'll help.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and prices are in US dollars. Your Stripe receipt includes a link to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• There are no accounts: plans are stored in a signed cookie in your browser. Clearing cookies or switching browsers can remove access on that device — contact us via your receipt and we'll help.
• If something goes wrong with a purchase, reply to your Stripe receipt to reach us.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Invoice layouts vary widely. LineItemCSV uses automated heuristics and flags totals that don't reconcile, but it can make mistakes or miss data. You are responsible for reviewing exported data before relying on it for bookkeeping, tax filings or payments. LineItemCSV is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Only process documents you have the right to use. Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or resell it without our permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrasco Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes to pricing won't affect credits you've already bought or the current period of an active subscription.
