Does it work with utility, phone and internet bills?

If the bill is a digital PDF (downloaded from the provider's portal or attached to an email), yes. Itemised charges become rows; bills that only show a balance become one summary row with the amount due.

Can I batch a whole month of supplier bills?

Drop up to 25 PDFs at once. They're combined into one file with a source_file column, so you can trace each row back to its bill.

Will the CSV import into QuickBooks, Xero or Excel?

Yes. The CSV is UTF-8 with plain numbers (no currency symbols or thousands separators) and ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD), which Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks and Xero all accept. You'll usually map the columns once in your accounting tool's import screen. The Excel download keeps numbers and dates as real number and date cells.

How accurate is it?

LineItemCSV finds the line-item table by its column headers (Description, Qty, Rate, Amount and common variants), maps each value by its position on the page, and then checks that the line items add up to the invoice's subtotal or total. You'll see “Lines match total” when they agree and a clear warning when they don't, so you know which files to double-check.

Are my invoices uploaded anywhere?

No. LineItemCSV reads the PDF inside your browser with pdf.js. The file is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere. The only thing our server sees is a small signed cookie that counts how many conversions you've used.
